Upon purchase, merchandise typically undergoes production within 2-4 business days. Following production, items are dispatched from our facility and are expected to reach you within 7-10 business days.
3. Expedited Shipping:
Regrettably, expedited shipping options are not currently available as all our products are custom-made to order after each purchase. We are actively exploring ways to expand our shipping alternatives for your convenience.
4. Multiple Delivery Addresses:
We regret to inform you that shipping to multiple addresses within a single order is not facilitated. Should you wish to have items sent to different addresses, kindly place separate orders for each delivery location.
5. PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses:
Yes, we do offer delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO addresses are managed by DHL or UPS, transitioning to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that APO shipments may take up to an additional 45 days for delivery. Once within the military mail system, package tracking ceases for security purposes.
